Getting Started with Chronic Disease Management for Admin – Individual

Our Getting Started short courses are delivered as a single 2.5-hour remote training session for Individuals with one of our experienced CDM Plus Trainers. Our session will use your current clinical software, including Best Practice, Medical Director, and Communicare to increase your understanding of CDM Processes, Chronic Conditions, MBS Online, and CDM Item Numbers.  Hard Copy training materials will be provided prior to your session.

Getting Started with Chronic Disease Management for Admin is suitable for Admin Staff, Medical Practice Assistants, and Practice Managers looking to improve Chronic Disease Management service delivery with an administration focus.

• Identify the CDM Practice Team and their roles.
