CDM Plus delivers virtual and face to face workshops for Health Professionals and Providers working in Primary Healthcare, Aged and Community and Disability.

You may be eligible for the Health Workforce Scholarship Program
The Health Workforce Scholarship Program (HWSP) provides scholarships and bursaries to help health professionals in rural, regional, and remote Australia retain and enhance their skills, capacity and scope of practice. It is available to multiple health professionals, including nurses who provide primary health care in non-government organisations and private practice.
The HWSP is an initiative of the Australian Government Department of Health. Eligibility criteria apply and you must work in one of the following areas to be considered for any Health Workforce Scholarship or Bursery.
Our Chronic disease management workshops are designed to help medical and healthcare professionals assist those with chronic conditions effectively so they can better manage their disease. The workshops typically cover topics such as understanding items available to patients under the Medicare Benefits Schedule (MBS), how to complete Home Medicine Reviews (HMR) and specific treatment strategies for a broad range of conditions.
