What Memberships are available?
We have Starter available for our single user health professionals. Primary Care Teams can choose from Practice, Premium, and VIP Memberships.
Do Practice, Premium, and VIP support corporate practice teams?
Our primary care team memberships are per practice as they include a small group training (Practice, Premium and VIP) and a 2-day Workshop Bundle (Premium and VIP).

My Membership has a Small Group Training session, does this expire?
Yes, you have 12 months from date of purchase to use the small group training session and workshop bundle ticket.
My Membership has a 2-day Workshop Bundle included, does this expire?
Yes, you have 12 months from date of purchase to use the 2-day Workshop Bundle.
Can I cancel my Membership?
CDM Plus Memberships are 12 months from the date of purchase. Your membership will auto-renew in 12 months. If you do not wish to renew your membership you can cancel your membership before the renewal date or change to a different membership tier.
How do I access and download my online module certificate?
Open the course you’ve completed. At the top, click “Download Certificate”. Your certificate will save to your downloads folder, where you can print or keep it.
