Best Practice System Template Instructions

System Templates are used to describe the layout of the actual documents in Enhanced Primary Care.

Before making changes to your System Templates, you should discuss them with your Practice Team. We would also recommend using an RTF document as your Master Copy.

We will go through how to Import, Export and Edit these templates. For clinics with multiple sites, we suggest getting the templates right in one clinic before exporting to another site.
